With the increasing presence of digital marketing channels, it can be difficult for anyone in the strata management industry: from realtors, strata managers to Council Members, to navigate the wide array of vendors and services available to them. In this presentation, strata manager turned real estate marketer Jamie Burke explains how to navigate the online landscape and siphon through the noise and find the right vendors (if you’re a Council Member) and clients (if you’re a Strata Manager or trade/contractors) for you.
Burke By Burke is a boutique real estate marketing agency, run in partnership by Jamie Burke and Eddie Burke. Specializing in creative services such as branding, graphic design, social media and copywriting, Burke By Burke’s list of clients include real estate developers, property management firms, trades/contractors, residential and commercial real estate brokerages, mortgage brokers, interior designers, construction companies and architects.
Prior to starting Burke By Burke, Jamie was a licensed strata manager and worked with different residential properties throughout Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley ranging from townhome complexes in Guildford and Port Coquitlam to high-rise towers in Yaletown and Olympic Village.

Eligibility for Attendance: The "B.C. Strata Tech" event is open to the public and is free to attend.
